New Stretch Goal for a joint set by artist Matt Holmberg and Rich Werner, artists for Magi-Nation and Plants VS Zombies

As we approach the end of our first week of the campaign, we wanted to reach out an let you know how thankful we are for all of your support. We had the amazing opportunity to work at a convention in Utah with Matt Holmberg, the Art Director and original artist for Magi-Nation, as well as Rich Werner, another original artist. The two, together, were the art team that made the original Plants Vs Zombies game art for Popcap as well! They are a really cool pair of artists, and when they saw that this campaign had launched, it got their creative juices flowing, and now with approval of 2I LLC (and the artists as well) we are proud to announce a new stretchgoal that we are over half way to already!
If we reach $5,000, then Rich Werner will finish inking the remaining 7 cards for a 13 card set using art based upon Magi-Nation or his other projects. It lines up nicely that there happen to be 13 regions in the Magi-Nation world of the Moonlands just like the 13 base cards and the 13 base classes. Matt Holmberg will also personally color the set, and it will be added as a purchasable set as well as an additional set to all pledges that contain all released sets. Since 2I is agreeing to a temporary use of some of their IP concepts, we will also donate any and all Magi-Nation inspired art generated by this project to them so they may be used for future promotional cards or any other business use if we get this unlocked.
This is an awesome opportunity to help get the iconic artist duo aligned on a project jointly again for the first time in a number of years, and they are super hopeful for the chance! We have less than $2,500 left to go to get to that level! If this is the only set that would interest you for the Kickstarter, you can also consider pledging for a single set and only lowering or cancelling your pledge at the end if the stretch goal is not obtained.
